Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Broke toaster

"We loved our classic red 4-slice Dualit toaster. However, after just two years, it stopped working. We were told the repair would cost $165 plus shipping. We paid almost $380 when we bought it and expected it to last at least 10 years. I believe the warranty should be extended to at least three years rather than one year, similar to many KitchenAid products. If you advertise your product as handmade and of excellent quality, you should be confident enough to offer a longer warranty. I also looked at many reviews and noticed that a lot of customers begin experiencing problems after about two years of use."

Best toaster ever!

"I love my toaster. I bought it more than 30 years ago and it's still toasting bread beautifully today. The only maintenance has been to empty the crumb tray and wiping it down to remove finger prints from its chrome exterior. I would highly recommend."

"The NewGen Dualit toaster is a nice upgrade on the original 'Classic' spec, with options for 1, 2, 3 or 4 slices, plus a 'bagel' function to toast just one side of a bagel (or whatever else you toast!).
