All Dualit appliances, bought directly from us, come with a hassle-free domestic, one-year guarantee period. If replacement parts are fitted to the product this will not extend the period of the guarantee. The guarantee covers both parts and labour but carriage is not included.

Please expect a delay in deliveries over the Black Friday offer period. With orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday or 12pm on Fridays the order will be shipped (leave our warehouse) on the same day. Orders placed after these times will be shipped on the next working day. Dualit's working days are Monday to Friday.

"I bought this to make hot chocolate. Using the flakes I have stopped it up. I cleaned it and started it again and decided to wait until milk was steaming to add flakes. Time ran out on the milk frother so had to add chocolate flakes after the milk was done. It wasn’t very hot. I’ve put it under the counter in case my original milk frother stops working. Disappointed and should have not wasted the $100."

"Bought this for my wife who loves hot chocolate. So much easier than heating milk in a pan and substantial upgrade with hot frothed milk. Clean immediately after use is quick and easy- doubt it would be simple if milk and chocolate dried on small parts. Highly recommend"
