    1. Introduction
    1.1 Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the web site operated by Dualit Limited ("Dualit" "we" or "us). In particular, we draw your attention to clauses 7 (Use of the Web site) and 11 (Liability).
    1.2 Without prejudice to the above, by using or accessing our web site and/or placing an order you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of use as they apply to your use of or access to our web site.
    1.3 If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions then you may not use our web site.

    2. Nature of our web site
    2.1 Our web site is a place for you to select and order any goods to be supplied to you by us (the "Products"). Our web site describes the Products in more detail.
    2.2 Please note that the contents of our web site are aimed at users aged 18 and above. You must be over 18 years to purchase the Products using the payment method displayed on our web site.

    3.Buying Products on our web site
    3.1 To order a product you will need to follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page.
    3.2 Details of our prices for the Products, and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed on our web site. You must pay by credit or debit card at the time of order. The price of any Product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any Product before you place an order. At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you, If we decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy. An order will be fulfilled within 30 days.
    3.4 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services which may be offered by us on our web site will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any goods or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any goods or services.
    3.5 If the Product ordered by you is unavailable we may provide to you a substitute of an equivalent quality and price. Sometimes product specifications may change, in which event, we will do our best of offer you a substitute of the same or better quality.

    4. Returns

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to Dualit. On request, we will collect the Products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition.
    4.3 If:
    4.3.1 the Product delivered is not what you ordered (including any substitute product) ; or
    4.3.2 the Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality;
    Dualit will, at its option, deliver to you a replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products.

    14. Payment Security

    14.1 To ensure safe shopping, the security certificate on our site is issued by Symantec. We also use internet encryption technology to encrypt your personal data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer).

    14.2 Additionally we do not hold any of your credit or debit card details anywhere on our website. They are passed securely to our payments processor for authorisation by your bank. If you choose to store your card details for future payments, these details are held by our payment processor and not by us.
