This easy breakfast smoothie consists of wholesome fruit and vegetables rich in antioxidants and bold in flavour. The smoothie plays with sweet and acidic flavours to create a well-balanced, bittersweet taste.
The recipe was created and photographed by private caterer, photographer, and videographer Rebecca Cooks. Using the Dualit 700W Hand Blender, we hope you enjoy creating this feel-good smoothie.

Method
  1. Add the chopped banana, blueberries, and beetroot to the 700W Hand Blender 1.0L Jug.
  2. Squeeze all the lime juice into the jug and add the water.
  3. Using the 700W Dualit Hand Blender, blitz the ingredients till smooth and vibrant in colour.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint, or store your smoothie in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  5. Enjoy!
