Traditionally enjoyed at breakfast, the perfect cappuccino is a single shot of espresso, 1/3 heated milk and 1/3 foam.

Ingredients

  • Espresso Coffee
  • Approx. 150ml Milk
  • Cocoa Powder for decoration (optional)

Method

  1. Foam milk according to directions provided with your coffee machine. Your frothing jug should be no more than 1/3 full.
  2. Make your espresso using pre-warmed cups. Dualit's Espresso-auto Coffee and Tea Machine allows you to choose your favourite from ground coffee, NXĀ® Coffee Capsules or ESE Pods.
  3. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso shots, topping off with the foam until you get the cappuccino ratio: equal parts of coffee, milk and foam.
