You could make this toastie with normal sliced bread, but slices of rich, buttery brioche makes for an extra-special toasted treat!

Ingredients

  • Brioche Loaf
  • Chocolate Spread or Nutella
  • Icing Sugar

Method

  1. Spread chocolate spread on one slice of brioche.
  2. Sandwich with second slice of brioche.
  3. Place in the sandwich cage.
  4. Toast for 2 minutes or until browned.
  5. Remove from cage and dust with icing sugar.

TIP: Layer sliced banana over the top of the chocolate spread for a tasty addition!
