An easy recipe to create traditional "crêpe" style pancakes. Whip up a delicious stack with sweet or savoury pancakes to suit your tastes.

Dualit's easy pancake recipe makes perfect pancakes for Pancake Day or for a treat. We love ours with a decadent drizzle of chocolate sauce, but the choices are truly endless. Made with the Dualit Hand Mixer!

Ingredients
  • 110g Plain Flour
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50g Melted Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Knob of Butter (for cooking)
  • Your Choice of Toppings

Method
  1. Whisk eggs, milk, flour, salt and melted butter till combined.
  2. Heat pan on a medium/high heat and lightly coat pan with a knob of butter.
  3. Lift pan from heat and add 3-4 tbsp of batter all at once, rotating and tilting the pan to coat the entire surface.
  4. Cook till almost dry on top and lightly browned around edges. Loosen with spatula and turn onto a warm plate.
  5. Add all of your favourite toppings, fold and serve!
